The program's interface is fairly basic, not differing significantly from that of other download managers we've encountered. It's not the most intuitive program we've ever seen, but with a bit of poking around it's easy enough to figure out its major features. There are several ways to Rexx Regina downloads with the program, including cutting and pasting the file's URL or just dragging and dropping it onto the interface.
